Ore Together Monthly Public Meeting

What is Ore Together?

A monthly surgery where Ore residents and traders meet to get things off their chests with local Councillors and get things done. Four times a year, this is combined with the police panel.

Where do I need to go?

In 2016 we will be meeting at The Ore Centre, 455 Old London Road.

Meetings in 2016

The first Thursday of every month from 6.15pm – 7.15pm

7th January, 4th February, 3rd March, 7th April, 5th May – No Meeting, 2nd June, 7th July, 4th August, 1st September, 6th October, 3rd November, 1st December.

Ore Seniors Lunch Group

Entertainment every week, many interesting activities and services. Manicures, therapists, health tips and advice, and a delicious 2 course lunch – all this for only £5.50 per person.

Pilates

Core Plus Pilates

Pilates is a very popular form of exercise with all ages and fitness levels. Pilates is slow controlled flowing movements primarily strengthening the ‘Core’ muscles that stabilise and support the spine, realign the body and help correct postural problems. Pilates focuses on total concentration, balance, precision, breathing and bringing the mind and body together. Pilates is popular with all major athletes who realise the benefits of mental & physical conditioning giving them strength and flexibility.
